If the Seller has a trained property professional and experienced negotiator representing them, why shouldn’t the buyer?
I wish I knew about Buyer’s agent service 10 years ago when I first started looking to buy on the Central Coast. I spent a lot of time taking numerous trips by myself looking at a lot of properties. Not being able to finalize any properties I gave up the task of looking and forgot about it. It was all too overwhelming!!! The average price of a 700sq block 3bed house was about $350K at this point in time. Had I known about buyers’ agents back then, I would have secured a great deal without losing precious time.
Fast forward to 2016, I started the hunt again still unaware of Buyer’s agent services. My goal was to buy a property on the Central Coast, but little did I know that the central coast had 145 suburbs. I spent a lot of time visiting many suburbs with my young family. So once again most of our weekends were spent looking for houses, inspecting properties and dealing with various real estate agents. As time passed by, I became more desperate as each open house had massive crowds so competition was fierce. I remember at one point we were on a holiday in Bali and I was busy negotiating with an REA only to be disappointed in the end!
After a very long 6-8 months we finally secured a deal on an old house and bought it for $650K with R3 zoning which is now worth more than 1.35M. The property prices doubled in this span of time and I lost the valuable chance of building great equity on this deal.

Rupali brings along valuable experience from her 20 years of the corporate world and her Business Management education background (MBA, Marketing). She is passionate about people and their priorities. While she has sourced many investment properties, her speciality is locating homes that are a good fit for the clients.
Rupali’s key focus is to acquire investment property Australia-wide. Her friendly nature keeps the team smiling, and she is awesome at time management which keeps the wheels in motion and ensures that everything is running smoothly. She is a very relatable, empathetic, and loyal professional and thrives on creating strong collaborative relationships with Real Estate Agents.
In her spare time, you’ll find Rupali travelling with family, staying fit at the gym, going on walks by nature, and listening to the latest podcast on properties. She also loves cooking and gardening.

Manoj, our founder and director, has done Masters in Business Operations Management and worked for corporate for more than 16 years, before following his passion for property.
Manoj is also qualified as a Licensed Real Estate Agent so he could translate his wealth of professional and personal experience and passion into every step of the property buying journey, bringing you insights and advice to help you make the best decisions.
Manoj, himself is a savvy property investor who has invested in blue-chip property, with property portfolio worth more than $10M with only 45% LVR.
